Bengaluru: Taking note of the confusion in co-ordination over COVID-19 developments, Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa on Monday issued an order shifting the Health portfolio from B Sriramalu to K Sudhakar.
Sriramalu has been given the charge of the Social Welfare Department which was held by Deputy Chief Minister Govind Karjol.
Sources said the minor reshuffle of departments follows a rap from the Centre over Karnataka’s lack of effort in controlling the spiraling of COVID cases.
