Bengaluru, August 23: Income Tax sleuths raided the house and office of the Chartered Accountant who is maintaining the accounts of Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy, his son and ministers here on Thursday and verified the documents.

The IT sleuths raided the house and the office of CA HB Sunil at Kumara Park for the last two days and have been verifying the documents, it is said.

Sunil is looking after the accounts of Kumaraswamy, few ministers, businessmen, influential persons and some of the supporters of the CM. IT sleuths had conducted the raids on Sunil’s house during last election time. This is the second such raids within three months, it is said.

Sunil has been maintaining the accounts of Kumaraswamy, his wife Anitha Kumaraswamy, son Nikhil Gowda. The IT officials have continued the searching and verifying the documents, sources said.

Bengaluru: The Karnataka Examinations Authority has released the syllabus for the Common Entrance Test (CET) to be conducted in 2025 for admission to professional courses including engineering, on its website https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/.

Executive Director of KEA, H. Prasanna on Saturday issued a notification, advising students to use the syllabus for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology from both First and Second PUC as outlined on the portal.

"This syllabus has been prepared based on the NCRTC syllabus and the textbooks published by the School Education, PUE Department," the announcement read. Furthermore, H. Prasanna explained that it has also been reviewed by subject experts from PU colleges.
