Bengaluru: A fresh complaint has been lodged against Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and others by Pradeep Kumar, alleging that they tampered with evidence related to 14 land sites in the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) case. This new allegation has added another layer of controversy to the ongoing investigation into the alleged MUDA scam.

The complaint specifically names Siddaramaiah's son, Yathindra Siddaramaiah, highlighting his alleged involvement in the wrongdoing.

According to the complaint, there are claims that crucial evidence was manipulated or destroyed, potentially affecting the integrity of the ongoing investigation into land deals connected to MUDA.

Pradeep Kumar has called for a thorough investigation into these allegations and is urging the police to register a formal case against those involved.

Mangalore, October 3, 2024: The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) at Bearys Institute of Technology (BIT) inaugurated its student association, Beaspire, with great enthusiasm. The event, held at International Seminar Hall with inspiring keynote address by Prof. Suprabha K. R. from NITK, Suratkal, who shared her insights on entrepreneurship and leadership with a packed audience of students and faculty members.

Prof. Suprabha K. R. from NITK Suratkal inspires students with entrepreneurial stories. In her talk, Prof. Suprabha highlighted the importance of having a clear vision and staying focused on one's goals. She narrated real-life stories to emphasize her key points, encouraging students to "venture into unexplored markets" and maintain a "positive attitude" in the face of challenges. "Be ambitious and have passion," she urged, motivating the young audience to take bold steps toward their dreams and contribute to the world with innovative solutions.

Ms. Fathima Taskeen, a final-year ECE student, served as the master of ceremony.

The welcome speech was delivered by Dr. Abdullah Gubbi, Head of the ECE department. He said, inauguration of Beaspire marks a new chapter for the ECE department, providing students with a platform to develop leadership skills, work on innovative projects, and foster collaboration. Dr.Aziz Mustafa, Principal of BIES spoke on this occation about importance of collaboration. Ms. Mahisha Sheikh, a 3rd-year ECE student, introduced the guest. highlighting her vast achievements and contributions to entrepreneurship education.

The program was coordinated by Prof. Nikhita C and concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Arifa Farzana, a 2nd-year ECE student, who expressed gratitude to all the organizers, attendees, and the guest speaker for making the event a memorable success.
