Bengaluru: According to the official release the National Centre for Research and Development, Karnataka Police Department has opened 545 vacancies for the post of Police Sub-Inspector (Civil) and invited graduates from Hyderabad and Karnataka ranging between the ages of 21-30 to submit online applications before the 22nd of February.

While graduates from any stream can apply for the post, the eligibility criteria for male and female candidates are essentially different in terms of physical requirements of height and weight, which are as follows:

Male: Height: 168 Centimetres

         Chest : 81- 86 Centimetres

Female: Height: 157 Centimetres

             Weight: 45 Kg

Candidates belonging to Hyderabad must additionally submit their group -2B and Hyderabad Karnataka Certificate, the National Centre for Research and Development’s circular reads.
