Davangere: In an incident reported from NH 4 in Davangere, two including a six-year-old kid died after the car they were traveling in, rammed into a road divider on Tuesday morning.

The deceased have been identified as Veena (32) and Vaishnavi (6), residents of Jayanagar in Dharwad.

According to the reports, the incident took place when the car was heading towards Bengaluru from Dharwad.

All four passengers traveling in the car sustained serious injuries and were rushed to the hospital after the accident. Two passengers breathed their last in the hospital while the other two are receiving treatment.

Local police reached the spot and have registered a case in this regard.

New Delhi, Oct 4: Millions of users worldwide, including in India, were left clueless on Monday night when Facebook and its family of apps including WhatsApp and photo-sharing platform Instagram entered a global outage.

People took to Twitter to share their experiences.

Independent tracking portal Downdetector showed a spike in the outage reported by users. There was no official word from the company on the reasons for the outage.

On Twitter, #facebookdown and #Facebook and Instagram were on the top trending topics. 

Millions of users had problems sending photos, videos and voice messages and text messages on WhatApp in India.
