Bengaluru: CM H.D Kumaraswamy and DCM Dr. G. Parameshwar today distributed Kempegowda Layout second phase’s 4,971 sites by the Bengaluru Development Authority (BDA).
Speaking at the occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Dr. G. Parameshwar said 50 per cent subsidy has been provided to 20 per cent of the people who are financially backward. Rs. 2,770 crore has been given for the basic infrastructure in this area.
We received 15,220 applications for Kempegowda Layout. The amount will be returned to the accounts of those who could not get the sites. Rs 1,400 crore has been credited to BDA, he said.
Ministers Zameer Ahmed, Priyank Kharge and others were present.

In reply, DC were all out for 193 in 19 overs, despite Karun Nair's 40-ball 89.
Karn Sharma (3/36) claimed three wickets, while Mitchell Santner (2/43) took two wickets.
For DC, Vipraj Nigam (2/41) and Kuldeep Yadav (2/23) snapped two wickets each, while Mukesh Kumar (1/38) took one.
