Kolar: A tragic incident occurred near Kshetrenahalli in Tekal Hobli of Malur taluk, Kolar district, where a labourer from West Bengal lost his life after getting trapped in a stone crusher machine.

The deceased has been identified as Nanda Lal (35), a migrant worker from West Bengal. He reportedly sustained fatal injuries after being caught in the machine and died on the spot.

The incident took place at Aishwarya Crusher, which is owned by a person named Venkatesh Gowda. Following the mishap, the body was taken to R.L. Jalappa Hospital, where a post-mortem examination was conducted.

Police from Masti station visited the site, conducted an inspection, and have registered a case.
