Kumaraswamy, Siddaramaiah, Deve Gowda witness swearing in ceremony of Rajasthan CM
Bengaluru, Dec 17: Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy, former prime minister HD Deve Gowda and former chief minister Siddaramaiah witnessed swearing in ceremony of Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot as Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister respectively of Rajasthan on Monday and wished them.
In a swearing in ceremony held at Raj Bhavan in Rajasthan, Gehlot took oath as the 22nd Chief Minister of that state. He has taken over the charge as the CM of Rajasthan for the third time. Governor Kalyan Singh administered the oath to Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot.
Congress president Rahul Gandhi, former prime minister Dr Manmohan Singh, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and others participated in the programme.

Qatar: Fire reported near world’s largest LNG production facility Ras Laffan after Iranian targeting
Doha: Qatar’s Ministry of Interior has reported a fire in the Ras Laffan area, which is home to the world’s largest LNG production facility, following what it described as “Iranian targeting”.
The ministry confirmed the incident but did not provide further details about the extent of the fire or possible damage.
There was no immediate information on casualties.
