Launching new varsity a far cry for BJP govt that never released grants to Kannada University: Cong
Bengaluru: The Karnataka Congress has criticized the state government on social media for saying it will set up a new university, ‘when it has failed to release grants to the existing Kannada University’.
The official Twitter handle of the Karnataka Congress carried a post, “The BJP government had earlier said that it would launch a university for Agricultural Science. Now, however, there is neither science nor agriculture. All that the BJP wants is ignorance and corruption. Establishing a new university is a far cry for those who never provided any grant to the Kannada University.”
The Congress also asked on its post, “Why was a single scheme not created by the government for the welfare of the farmers?”

ಆದರೆ ಈಗ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನವೂ ಇಲ್ಲ, ಕೃಷಿಯೂ ಇಲ್ಲ, ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ಬೇಕಿರುವುದು ಮೌಢ್ಯ, ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಮಾತ್ರ.
ಕನ್ನಡ ವಿವಿಗೆ ಅನುದಾನವನ್ನೇ ಕೊಡದವರು ಹೊಸ ವಿವಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವುದು ದೂರದ ಮಾತು.
