Second such incident in two months in poll-bound Karnataka
Davangere (Karnataka): A man was on Saturday arrested by cops for trying to breach the security barricade of Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his road show in Davangere.
The incident is the second of such kind in two months. Earlier, a man was arrested for a similar attempt in January during PM’s roadshow in Hubballi.
On Saturday, the video shows a man advancing toward PM Modi’s convoy when he was caught mid-way by cops.
Further investigations are underway.

US–Iran first round direct talks conclude in Islamabad: Report

The first round of direct talks between the United States and Iran, held in Islamabad, has concluded, Al Jazeera reported citing sources close to the development.
According to the report, following the discussions, delegations from both sides agreed to exchange written documents, a move aimed at ensuring clarity and consensus on the understandings reached during the meeting.
Both the Iranian and US delegations arrived in Islamabad on Saturday, April 11, amid high security for the peace talks.
