Man flees after murdering four including his pregnant wife and two children
Mysuru: In a shocking incident that occurred on Wednesday night, a man violently killed his pregnant wife, two little children, and mother-in-law in Saraguru at H.D Kote in Mysuru District.
The murder accused has been identified as Manikanta, a resident of Chamegowda village in Saraguru Taluk. The deceased victims have been identified as the accused’s pregnant wife Ganga (28), his two little children Rohini (4) and Samrat (2), and his mother-in-law Kempajamma (60). The accused used an iron rod to strike his victims and murdered them, it is learned.
Reportedly, Manikanta had reached home late at night in a drunken state and fought with his wife. Angry in the aftermath of the fight, he is said to have killed all four victims and fled the scene.
He has reportedly gone into hiding after the murder.
A case has been registered in this regard at the Saraguru Police station, and the police have reportedly laid a trap to catch the accused.

Uttar Pradesh: Three-year-old girl raped by uncle in Etah, police launches investigation
Etah (PTI): A three-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her uncle in Uttar Pradesh's Etah, police said on Sunday.
Officials said the girl's family lodged a complaint lodged on Saturday alleging that the girl's uncle lured her from the house on the pretext of giving her chocolates and later raped her.
The girl's mother in her complaint identified the accused as Hira Lal (40), a police officer said.
Kotwali Nagar Station House Officer (SHO) Rajesh Kumar Singh, said that on the basis of the complaint an FIR has been lodged and further legal action is being taken.
Singh said that the minor has been admitted to a hospital for medical care and examination.
