Bengaluru: A man was recently forced to offer an apology to a poster featuring the Chief Minister (CM) of Karnataka after allegedly abusing him and using derogatory remarks, referring to him as "Siddaramullah Khan". The incident took place in the presence of supporters of the CM, and a video capturing the incident has now become viral across various social media platforms.

The incident took place when the man directed offensive comments towards the CM and used a derogatory name. In response to his actions, the supporters demanded that he apologize in front of the poster of the CM. The entire incident was recorded on video, which has since garnered significant attention and circulated widely on social media.

The video shows the man being confronted by the CM's supporters, who also beat him asking him to show respect and remorse by apologizing to the poster. Under apparent duress and surrounded by the supporters, the man eventually complied and offered his apology to the CM poster.

Kochi (PTI): Senior Congress leader Sooranad Rajasekharan died at a private hospital here on Friday, party sources said.

He was 75.

Rajasekharan, who was also a member of the political affairs committee of the Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC), was battling cancer for some time, the sources said.

His funeral will be held in the evening at his home at Chathannoor in Kollam district, they said.
