Notice served on Arjun Sarja to appear for interrogation
Bengaluru, November 4: The Cubbon Park police served a notice to actor Arjun Sarja to appear for interrogation in related to actress Shruthi Hariharan's sexual harassment case.
Shruthi Hariharan lodged a complaint against Arjun Sarja at Cubbon Park police station. Police have registered a case against Arjun Sarja under IPC Section 354, 354A, 506 and 509 for sexual harassment, insult and threat to life.
Meanwhile, the Women Commission has filed a suo moto case against Arjun Sarja and asked Shruthi Hariharan to appear before the Commission to give explanation. The Karnataka High Court has given an interim stay order against arresting Arjun Sarja till November 14 in the case.
