Bengaluru: Seriously considering media reports about the poor quality of food at Indira Canteens, Urban Development Minister Dr. G Parameshwar has said that probe will be initiated regarding this.
Speaking with the mediapersons here, he said that two to three times he had food at Indira Canteens. I had ordered to maintain the taste and quality of the food. Based on the media reports, I have ordered the commissioner to carry out an investigation. Appropriate action will be initiated against the culprits. Also, I have instructed to check the food quality at all the canteens in Ward number 198.

Kolkata: Suvendu Adhikari on Monday said he was confident that the Bharatiya Janata Party would form the government in West Bengal as early counting trends began to emerge.
Speaking after initial trends in the ongoing vote counting, Adhikari said the party was expecting to win more than 135 seats in the state.
He also claimed that Hindu votes had consolidated in favour of the BJP, which, according to him, would translate into victory for the party.
Counting of votes is currently underway, and official results are awaited.
