Siddaramaiah inaugurates "Election War Room" in Kolar to strategize his campaigning

Kolar: Former Karnataka Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition in Karnataka Assembly, Siddaramaiah on Monday inaugurated the election war room in the Kolar assembly constituency.

Siddaramaiah is set to contest the upcoming assembly elections from Kolar.

The war room will act as a one-stop destination for campaigning, and strategizing the road to elections for the former Karnataka CM.

Election Strategy maker “Poll House” a company of Bengaluru will manage Siddaramaiah’s poll campaign and will run the war room in Kolar.

Several key Congress leaders including former assembly speaker Ramesh Kumar, MLA Srinivas Gowda, MLC Nazeer Ahmed, MR Sitaram, Hebbal MLA Byrathi Suresh were present during the inauguration of the war room.

US–Iran first round direct talks conclude in Islamabad: Report

The first round of direct talks between the United States and Iran, held in Islamabad, has concluded, Al Jazeera reported citing sources close to the development.

According to the report, following the discussions, delegations from both sides agreed to exchange written documents, a move aimed at ensuring clarity and consensus on the understandings reached during the meeting.

Both the Iranian and US delegations arrived in Islamabad on Saturday, April 11, amid high security for the peace talks.
