Bengaluru: Mohammed Lathief, the founder of Saudi Arabia's Gold Tower Group, has alleged that though he offered to invest in Jet Airways, the company did not respond.

Speaking at a press conference at the city's Press Club, he said that the Jet Airways had halted all flight operations from April 14 onwards. More than 16,000 people have lost their jobs by this. However, the company did not come forward to take appropriate action, he said.

Though we tweeted offering an urgent investment, on April 14, the company gave no response so far. Thousands of families have come on roads by the negligence of the organization, he alleged.
