Karnataka government suspends ADGP Amrit Paul following his arrest in PSI Scam

Bengaluru: Karnataka Government on Monday evening suspended senior IPS Officer Amrit Paul, ADGP of Internal Security Division following his arrest by the CID team investigating the PSI Scam over his alleged involvement in the case.

 


Karnataka HC judge receives 'transfer threat' for remark against ACB official

Bengaluru: Justice HP Sandesh of the High Court of Karnataka on Monday said he was threatened with transfer after his remark against the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) that it had become a "collection centre". He said he was unfazed by such threats.
