The event saw the News Editor of 'Varthabharati,' BM Basheer, being honored with the prestigious 'Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Award,' while senior journalist and columnist of the same publication, Sanath Kumar Belagali, received the esteemed 'Dr. MM Kalaburgi Award.'
