BJP''s charges against CM are part of conspiracy against Cong govt., says Deputy CM Shivakumar

Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar on Friday charged the BJP with levelling allegations against the Chief Minister Siddaramaiah in connection with the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) site allotment "scam" as part of its "conspiracy" against the Congress government.


Cargo ship catches fire in Karavali; Ship halts off coast near Surathkal

A massive cargo ship transporting highly flammable oil and solid materials from Mundra port in Gujarat to Colombo, Sri Lanka, caught fire in the Arabian Sea between Goa and Karwar. Currently, the ship is anchored mid-sea near Surathkal, close to Mangaluru's NMPT.

Bengaluru: Congress legislators K M Shivalinge Gowda,P M Narendra Swamy, S M Narayanaswamy addressed a joint press meet in Vidhan Soudha on Thursday to provide clarifications on MUDA scam.
