Bengaluru: Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Friday said an appeal will be filed against the Cauvery Water Regulation Committee's (CWRC) directive to the State to release one tmcft of Cauvery river water to Tamil Nadu daily till the end of this month.
