Indian shooter Heena Sidhu wins gold
Gold Coast (Australia), April 10: Indian shooter Heena Sidhu won gold in the women's 25 metre Pistol event at the 21st Commonwealth Games (CWG) here on Tuesday.
Heena notched up a CWG record of 38 points in the final to take the title in style.

Praveen Nettaru murder: NIA detains three men in Hassan
Hassan: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Friday detained three men, Ilyas and Siraj from Somwarpet, and Mustafa Paichar from Sullia, who are allegedly involved in the murder of Praveen Nettaru, at Anemahal in Sakleshpur taluk.
Paichar, who is the fourth accused in the case, and Ilyas were both employed by Siraj at Anemahal. Siraj, therefore, is reportedly detained by the probe team under allegation of sheltering murder accused.
Nettaru, who had been a member of the Karnataka BJP Yuva Morcha, was hacked to death in 2022 in Bellare village of Dakshina Kannada district.
