Karnataka CM Bommai meets Union Ministers in Delhi to discuss development projects
New Delhi(PTI): Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai called on several Union ministers on Saturday and discussed various state related projects, before concluding his two-day visit to the national capital.
Bommai met Coal and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi, Environment and Labour Minister Bhupendra Yadav and Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia.
State Health Minister K Sudhakar and Chief Secretary P Ravi Kumar were also present in these meetings.

Congress leader Gaurav Gogoi loses Jorhat seat by 23,000 votes
Jorhat: Senior Congress leader Gaurav Gogoi has been defeated in the Jorhat constituency, losing by a margin of around 23,000 votes.
Gogoi, who has been one of the prominent faces of the Congress in Assam, failed to win the seat as counting concluded.
