Meta is gearing up to reintroduce its AI chatbot with a star-studded twist. According to an exclusive report from Reuters, the tech giant has struck deals with major celebrities to lend their voices to the chatbot, including WWE legend John Cena. Other stars who have agreed to provide their voices include Judi Dench, Kristen Bell, Awkwafina, and Keegan-Michael Key.

Fans of Cena will soon hear the 16-time World Champion's iconic voice as one of the options for Meta’s AI assistant. The official announcement is expected during the Meta Connect 2024 event, where the company will unveil the new feature, allowing users to personalize their AI assistants with celebrity voices across apps like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

The chatbot feature will first be available in the U.S. and other English-speaking regions. This move follows earlier reports from Bloomberg, hinting at Meta’s discussions with high-profile personalities for its AI projects, which now seem to have materialized.

Along with the AI chatbot announcement, Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Meta, recently posted a teaser on Instagram for the Ray-Ban Meta smart eyewear line, which stars Benson Boone, Matthew Vaughn, and John Cena. The business may introduce its first augmented reality glasses at the Meta Connect 2024 conference, which is anticipated to delve deeper into these smart spectacles.

In the meantime, John Cena's return to the ring at WrestleMania 41 in April 2025 is something that WWE fans are anticipating. As of the end of 2025, Cena has stated that this will be his last appearance at WrestleMania, bringing an end to his wrestling career

ISLAMABAD: At least two more cases of poliovirus were reported in Pakistan, taking the number of infections to 52 so far this year, a report said on Friday.

“The Regional Reference Laboratory for Polio Eradication at the National Institute of Health has confirmed the detection of two more wild poliovirus type 1 (WPV1) cases in Pakistan," an official statement said.

The fresh infections — a boy and a girl — were reported from the Dera Ismail Khan district of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province.

“Genetic sequencing of the samples collected from the children is underway," the statement read. Dera Ismail Khan, one of the seven polio-endemic districts of southern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, has reported five polio cases so far this year.

Of the 52 cases in the country this year, 24 are from Balochistan, 13 from Sindh, 13 from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and one each from Punjab and Islamabad.

There is no cure for polio. Only multiple doses of the oral polio vaccine and completion of the routine vaccination schedule for all children under the age of five can keep them protected.
