Uganda’s deputy prime minister tumbles while kicking football, video gets viral
Kampala, Aug.22: Uganda’s first deputy prime minister took a fall while kicking a football during the inauguration of a football tournament. The footage of the incident soon went viral online.
Retired General Moses Ali, Deputy Leader of Government Business, tumbled after he kicked the ball and tumbled. Although he was immediately helped by guards near him to get back on his feet, it was quite an embarrassment.
According to the country’s radio channel, Galaxy FM, the incident occurred when the minister was at the Namboole National Stadium in Uganda officially inaugurating a national tournament.

US Consulate in Dubai reportedly attacked
Dubai: Smoke was seen rising from an area near the United States Consulate in Dubai, according to witness accounts cited by Reuters.
There was no immediate official confirmation on the extent of damage or whether there were any casualties in the incident.
Earlier, the US embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia’s capital, was also attacked. Authorities reported damage to the premises, but no casualties were recorded.
The developments come amid heightened tensions in the region, with Iran continuing to target US interests in the Middle East following deadly attacks launched on Saturday by Israel and the United States.
