Israel escalates Gaza strikes, claims Hamas reneged on ceasefire agreement

Israeli airstrikes devastated parts of Gaza on Thursday, killing at least 75 people and wounding hundreds, according to Gaza’s civil defense agency. The attacks came just hours after a fragile ceasefire agreement was announced by mediators Qatar and the United States, raising fears of further escalation.

 


Chandra Arya files nomination for Canadian Prime Minister; Addresses Parliament in Kannada

Chandra Arya, a native of Dwaralu village in Sira taluk of Tumakuru district, has filed his nomination for the post of Canadian Prime Minister. Reports indicate that he addressed the Canadian Parliament in Kannada after submitting his nomination. Arya had previously announced his intention to run for the Prime Minister's position.
