Bantwal: Additional Director General of Police (Law and Order) R. Hitendra has assured that the accused in the murder of Abdul Rahman, secretary of the Kolathamajalu mosque will be arrested soon. The incident, which occurred on Tuesday in Kolathamajalu, Bantwal taluk, also left another man, Qalandar Shafi, critically injured in the attack.

Koppal, May 28: In a major crackdown on drug trafficking, the Koppal district police have seized 1.8 kg of hydro ganja being illegally transported for sale in Gangavathi.
