Mangaluru: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a ‘Yellow alert’ for Dakshina Kannada district on June 28 following heavy rainfall that persisted from Tuesday morning through the afternoon. Following heavy rainfall on Tuesday, the IMD has predicted substantial rainfall in the next 24 hours.
