Bengaluru: The Karnataka High Court on Tuesday dismissed a PIL filed by a Mandya advocate seeking transfer of the sedition case against Amulya Leona Noronha to the National Investigation Agency (NIA). Amulya, a 19-year-old college student is charged under sedition law for raising pro-Pakistan slogans at an anti-CAA rally in the city in February this year.
