Jammu: The Jammu and Kashmir High Court has asked for a status report on restoration of 4G services after it was informed that non-availability of high-speed Internet was hampering studies of students who were confined to their homes because of the lockdown to curb coronavirus cases.

Bengaluru: Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa on Saturday said the lockdown in place to control the spread of COVID-19 will be extended for two more weeks and the Centre will issue guidelines regarding its implementation in a couple of days.

Udupi: The first patient of Udupi District who tested negative for the COVID-19 infection is ready to be discharged from the hospital after he has tested negative for the Virus. District DHO and Family Welfare Officer, Dr. Sudhir Chandra informed the patient will be discharged from the hospital on Sunday April 12.
