The rupee rose 5 paise to 90.67 against the US dollar on Wednesday on the back of a drop in global crude oil prices and FII inflows.

The rupee gained 5 paise to settle at 90.69 (provisional) against the US dollar on Tuesday, backed by positive domestic equity markets and lower crude prices overseas.

The rupee rose by 1 paisa to 90.73 against the US dollar in early trade on Tuesday, aided by a fall in global crude oil prices.
