NCERT allowed to issue Class X, XII certificates equivalent to boards

The Centre has reportedly authorised the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) to grant certificates equivalent to the Secondary (Class 10) and Senior Secondary (Class 12) certificates awarded by various school education boards across the country.
