After Tejashwi's 'poll boycott' remarks, Cong says SIR in Bihar not acceptable, 'all options open'

New Delhi: After RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav's "poll boycott" threat, the Congress on Thursday said the "Tughlaqi process" of the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls in Bihar will be opposed at all forums and "all options are open" for the INDIA bloc.
