New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in a firm and emotionally charged address to the nation, made it clear that India will no longer tolerate any form of nuclear blackmail or cross-border terrorism. He said that any terrorist attack on Indian soil would be met with a strong and decisive response — and that response would be on India’s terms.
