BJP is hindrance to government: H. Vishwanath
Chitradurga, September 24: JDS State President H. Vishwanath said that the BJP became a hindrance to the coalition government in the state as it has been raising objection to the democratically elected government.
Speaking to reporters here on Monday, he said that instead of giving suggestions, the Opposition Party has indulged in just criticizing the government. The BJP has not done anything to get the special package to the natural disaster in Kodagu and drought in Chitradurga. The BJP leaders have indulged in politics without humanity, he alleged.
No confusions
There were no confusions in JDS-Congress and they were the creation of some media. No Congress MLA has gone to anywhere. But the BJP was in a hurry to form the government. The political confusions and developments being held for the last one month were stopped. The JDS and Congress would go together in Lok Sabha elections, he said.

US–Iran first round direct talks conclude in Islamabad: Report

The first round of direct talks between the United States and Iran, held in Islamabad, has concluded, Al Jazeera reported citing sources close to the development.
According to the report, following the discussions, delegations from both sides agreed to exchange written documents, a move aimed at ensuring clarity and consensus on the understandings reached during the meeting.
Both the Iranian and US delegations arrived in Islamabad on Saturday, April 11, amid high security for the peace talks.
