Rs. 1.4 lakh robbed with the help of just Rs 10!
Bengaluru, June 23: Luring a security guard with Rs.10 a gang robbed Rs.1.4 lakh from him. The incident took place in Victoria Layout Vivek Nagar police limit on Saturday.
David Thomas, a security guard is the man who lost the hefty sum. On Saturday Thomas was on his way to home after withdrawing Rs.1.4 lakh from a bank. The miscreants who followed him in a bike threw Rs. 10 note in front of him . When he bended to lift the money, the bike borne miscreants grabbed his bag with money and sped away, police said.
A case has been filed in Vivek Nagar police station.

US–Iran first round direct talks conclude in Islamabad: Report

The first round of direct talks between the United States and Iran, held in Islamabad, has concluded, Al Jazeera reported citing sources close to the development.
According to the report, following the discussions, delegations from both sides agreed to exchange written documents, a move aimed at ensuring clarity and consensus on the understandings reached during the meeting.
Both the Iranian and US delegations arrived in Islamabad on Saturday, April 11, amid high security for the peace talks.
