After Prakash Rai's Sirsi function, BJP men cleanse stage by sprinkling cow's urine

If renowned multi-lingual actor  Prakash Rai had participated in a function at Sirsi last Saturday,  on Monday BJP workers 'cleansed' the stage where the actor was seated by sprinkling Gomutra or cow's urine.


Have suffered  enough from Sangh Parivar : Mutalik

"I have  suffered enough at the hands of  Sangh Parivar. I was responsible for the BJP coming to power in Karnataka. But I was treated disrespectfully. Those who came to power in the name of Hindutva  are today trying to  curtail Togadia and get him encountered. This is a  horrifying situation," said Sri Rama Sene leader Pramod Mutalik.

In a significant development, the High Court has ruled that two-wheeler riders   who   lose lives in accidents or suffer disability, if found to have used  helmets without ISI marks, will not be eligible for insurance amount.

Moodigere BJP Yuva Morcha Chief arrested for instigating suicide of college girl

The Police here have arrested the Moodigere town unit BJP Yuva Morcha President M V Anil on the charges of instigating the suicide of Dhanya (20), a first year B.Com student of a first grade college in the town. Dhanya had ended her life on January 6, Saturday. Incidentally, the accused is said to be an influential man who is also known to Mysuru- Kodagu MP Pratap Sinha and MLA C T Ravi.
