Bengaluru: Karnataka Cabinet on Thursday directed the Chief Secretary and the Secretaries that any correspondence from the government to the Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot as sought by the latter, should be sent only after its consent.

 A 50-year-old school teacher Cristalino, of the Santa Annamma School in Virajpet, who had been grievously injured in an accident on Wednesday near Bannikuppe in Hunsur, Mysuru district, died in a hospital on Thursday morning.
