Notice on Waqf property to farmers issued during BJP government: MB Patil responds with records

Minister MB Patil criticised the BJP, accusing them of using the issue of Waqf properties to play divisive politics. Patil highlighted that between 2019 and 2022, during the BJP’s tenure in Karnataka, farmers in Vijayapura district received notices regarding Waqf properties through the Waqf Board. He alleged that the BJP, which is now showing a fabricated concern for Hindu interests, ignored these issues at the time.
