Karnataka High Court grants BBMP time until Nov 22 to file affidavit on pothole management

The Karnataka High Court has given the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) until 22 November to submit an affidavit detailing its annual strategy for addressing potholes and maintaining roads. The court emphasised the need for ensuring smooth pedestrian and vehicular traffic through effective road management


No Kambala event in Bengaluru on Oct 26: Committee informs High Court

The Bengaluru Kambala Committee has informed the High Court that there will be no Kambala event on October 26 at the Palace Grounds in the city, and no request has been submitted to the competent government authority to hold the event elsewhere.
