Farmers will teach Modi Govt a lesson if it behaves like Hitler's government: Dinesh Gundu Rao

Health Minister Dinesh Gundu Rao issued a stern warning to the Modi government, stating that farmers would undoubtedly teach the government a lesson if it continues to behave like Hitler's regime. He emphasised the gravity of the situation, noting that each farmer's death resulting from the government's crackdown on protesters will be like the final nail on its coffin.


Karnataka govt to form panel to decide on lifting ban on eucalyptus plantation

The Karnataka government will constitute a high-level committee to decide whether to lift the ban on the Eucalyptus plantation or look for alternative ways to facilitate the revival of the Bhadravati MPM factory. According to an official statement on Thursday, a decision to this effect was taken at a meeting convened on Wednesday regarding the revival of Mysore Paper Mill Ltd (MPM).
