Kolkata: On a day when both the West Bengal government and the CBI moved the Calcutta High Court for admission of their appeals seeking capital punishment for RG Kar hospital rape-murder convict Sanjay Roy, a counsel for the victim’s parents claimed that the family does not want death penalty for him.

 


'Snakebites across country, do something': SC asks Centre to take states on board
