The General Body of the All India Muslim Personal Law Board, in its meeting held in Mahu, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, has unanimously elected esteemed Islamic scholar and thinker, Moulana Khalid Saifullah Rahmani, as the 5th President of the board. This election follows the unfortunate demise of the former President, Moulana S. Mohd. Rabey Hasani Nadvi.

 


2 arrested for robbing jeweller in Mumbai by posing as Delhi Crime Branch officers

The Rajasthan Police has arrested two men accused of robbing a jeweller in Mumbai by posing as Delhi Crime Branch officers, and recovered diamond jewellery, gold biscuits and Rs 18 lakh from the vehicle they were travelling, officials said.
