UP schools adopt NCERT's revised textbooks from current session; no chapters on Mughal courts

Uttar Pradesh government schools will adopt from this academic session the NCERT's new class 12 history textbooks in which portions about Mughal courts have been removed.

 


Govt to 'examine legal issues' affecting construction around ASI monuments, Lok Sabha told

The government has taken a decision to "examine the legal issues" affecting construction-related activities around centrally protected monuments and sites in order to "allow for infrastructure" while at the same time preserve the rich heritage of the country, the Lok Sabha was informed on Monday.
