Nagpur: Hindutva leader Pravin Togadia on Monday demanded Bharat Ratna award for Shiv Sena founder Bal Thackeray and VHP chief Ashok Singhal posthumously for playing an important role in the agitation for the construction of a temple of Lord Ram in Ayodhya.
