New Delhi: In the latest development, Pakistan has banned Indian jets from using their airspace. A Jet airways flight which was flying over Pakistan airspace was asked to return back to Indian and is reportedly returning back.

New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi cut short his address at a function in Vigyan Bhawan and rushed to attend a meeting to review the security situation arising out of Pakistan's attempt to violate Indian air space.

Earlier in the day there was heavy firing across the LoC in Rajouri and Poonch districts. Pakistan reportedly carried out multiple ceasefire violations and their fighter jets violated the Indian airspace. Pakistani jets were forced to retreat after retaliation from Indian Army.

Srinagar: Srinagar, Jammu and Leh airports were Wednesday closed for civilian air traffic shortly after an IAF jet crashed in Budgam district and amid escalation of cross-Line of Control shelling between armies of India and Pakistan.

New Delhi: A video claiming to depict the airstrike of the Indian Air Force on Pakistan's Balakot on February 26 had gone viral on social media. Now, it is confirmed that the video is fake and does not have to do anything with the IAF airstrike.

Srinagar: An IAF jet crashed on Wednesday in Budgam district of Jammu and Kashmir, killing at least one person, officials said.

Jammu: Pakistani fighter jets Wednesday violated Indian air space in Nowshera sector of Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district but were pushed back by Indian aircraft, a top official said.

Jammu: The Indian Army destroyed five Pakistani posts along the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday night in a befitting retaliation to firing from across the border, resulting in a "number of casualties" to Pak troops, a defence official said.
