Bhubaneswar: Cyclone 'Fani' has intensified into an 'extremely severe cyclonic storm' and it will cross the Odisha coast between Gopalpur and Chandbali by Friday afternoon, the India Meteorological Department said Tuesday.

 


Air India promotes pilot whose licence was suspended for failing pre-flight alcohol test

New Delhi: Air India pilot Arvind Kathpalia, whose flying licence was suspended in November 2018 after he failed pre-flight alcohol tests, has been appointed Regional Director (Northern Region) in the airline, said an official document Tuesday.

"The entire country knows he was born before them...he was brought up before them..he grew up before them...what rubbish is this?"
