PM Modi Opens World's Largest Cellphone Factory Near Delhi

The world's biggest mobile factory was launched in Noida near Delhi on Monday by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and South Korean President Moon Jae. The unit will manufacture one crore phones a month, 70 per cent of which will be earmarked for domestic usage.


Tamil Nadu enacts Lokayukta law

Tamil Nadu on Monday enacted the Lokayukta law. paving the way for setting up of the anti-corruption body. The Tamil Nadu Lokayukta Act, 2018 was passed a day ahead of the deadline set by the Supreme Court directing all states that have not set up Lokayuktas to furnish the reason for the same.
