Mangaluru, Feb 16: Noted actor Anant Nag said that "The terror strike on CRPF jawans in Pulwama in Jammu and Kashmir was a grave Incident. People are expecting a befitting reply by Prime Minister Narendra Modi".

Speaking to reporters, when he visited Mangaluru for shooting of 'English' Tulu film, he said that even after dividing the country on the basis of religion in 1947, such incidents have been repeating.

But then prime ministers Lal Bahadur Shastri in 1955 and Indira Gandhi in 1971 gave befitting reply to such acts.

Now another history should be created under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. There was a need to handover the disputed area to the army and efforts to support those who pelt stones at security forces should also be stopped.

Instead of allowing the soldiers to die in such inhuman acts, the government should take a permanent solution to this problem, he said.
