Mangaluru, Feb 18: Ullal police on Sunday night removed a flex put up by Sangha Pariwar at Ullal Byle, sources said.

In the name of Vishwa Hindu Parishat Bajrang Dal, Sri Vaidyanath Chhatrapathi branch of Ullala Byle had installed a provocative flex in view of recent terror attack on CRPF jawans at Pulwama in Jammu and Kashmir, at Ullala Byle.

The flex added that the ‘Minority communities’ have been laughing over the death of soldiers and the enemies of the country lives within our country and not outside India.

The flex had further added screenshots of Facebook posts from a page ‘Mangalore Muslims’.

Suspecting that the installing of such flexes can create law and order situation, a few local organisations approached local police to remove the flex in order to maintain peace in the region.

Based on their complaint, police summoned the organization’s leaders and removed the flex, sources said.

On a Facebook page ‘Mangalore Muslims’ a few debatable posts were uploaded, to which the Muslim organisations requested the police to find out the admin and initiate action.

Cyber police wing has so far failed to find out the root of the Facebook page.
