Centre misusing government bodies: DCM Dr. G Parameshwar
Tumkur, June 20: Union government had used government bodies against congress MLAs before election and now it is continuing its vindictive politics even after election, said deputy CM, home minister Dr. G Parameshwar.
Speaking to the reporters in Tumkur in Wednesday, home minister said that, centre had misused departments like Income tax and CBI to scare congress MLAs before state election. And even after elections are over they are not stopping their vindictive act. DK Shivakumar has replied to the IT notice as per law. Congress will fight legal war in support of Shivakumar, he said.
CM Kumaraswamy has gone to Delhi to attend the meeting of NITI ayog and to meet the ministers of various departments. As it was AICC president Rahul Gandhi's birthday, CM met him and greeted him.I too had met Rahul Gandhi in Delhi. We have no problem in our alliance government and this government will complete five years, Parameshwar said.

Nana Patole resigns as Maharashtra Congress chief following assembly election setback
Mumbai: Nana Patole has stepped down as the President of the Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee, days after the party faced a severe defeat in the state assembly elections.
The party’s poor performance in the elections had raised concerns about its leadership and strategy in the state.
The Congress, which contested 101 seats as part of the MVA, posted its worst-ever defeat by managing to win only 16 seats.
